Digitalization does not stop before medical assistance. The examples of the solutions developed at MD Medicus will show how intelligent solutions will be used for the benefit of the insurance company but also for the medical provider and the assistance company. Through the emergency app the traveller can reach the assistance center any time and in the case of an emergency will be forwarded the GPS location data and further information of the user. The possibility of the data secure video communication and the document transmission allows a fast review and communication with the patient and the medical provider as well as a faster decision. Modern payment systems guarantee payments of the treatment by the patient in real time. This reduces the administrative efforts of all parties involved.
