Release of Temos International Healthcare Accreditation Dental Standards Version 2.0
TIHA dental standards have been revised according to our Standards’ Development and Review Plan and are now available in its second version:
• Excellence in Dental Tourism – For Dental Hospitals
• Excellence in Dental Tourism – For Dental Clinics and Practices
• Quality in International Dental Care – For Dental Hospitals
• Quality in International Dental Care – For Dental Clinics and Practices
17 new standards addressing infection control, hygiene and prevention, telemedicine services, information technology management and security and more were added
Effective date dental standards: 01 February 2021
The standards are available from now on and the transition phase is defined until 01 February 2021. All organizations applying for accreditation or re-accreditation after 01 February 2021 must go for version 2.0, before this date, organizations can choose between version 1.0 and 2.0. Temos recommends all organizations to apply for version 2.0.
