Release of Temos International Healthcare Accreditation Medical Standards Version 2.0
We are pleased to announce the release of our revised standards, version 2.0 for:
• #Excellence in Medical Tourism – For Hospitals
• #Quality in International Patient Care – For Hospitals
• Quality in International Patient Care – For Primary Care, Day Surgery Centers, Diagnostic Centers
22 new standards addressing infection control, hygiene and prevention, antibiotic stewardship, telemedine services, information technology management and security as well as nuclear medicine, radiation therapy services and more.
Effective date
The standards are available from now on and the transition phase is defined until 01 December 2020. All organizations applying for accreditation or re-accreditation after 01 December 2020 must go for version 2.0, before this date, organizations can choose between version 1.0 and 2.0. Temos recommends all organizations to apply for version 2.0.
