Dear TEMOS members and participants
of the second international TEMOS Conference,

time is passing rapidly: It seems only a few weeks since we held the first TEMOS Conference in Cologne in Nov. 2009. This Conference is an annual event always being held immediately before the MEDICA exhibit in Düsseldorf.

Last year´s Conference was a great success. Special emphasis will therefore also in 2010 be put on using the Conference as a platform to meet actors, deciders and opinion makers in the different fields of international medical tourism, assistance medicine and repatriation, insurers, experts in medical hospital quality management, telemedicine and teleteaching.

We will also discuss progress and new developments in the TEMOS Company and take up suggestions and wishes from the participants for improving TEMOS services and the TEMOS portfolio.

Since 2010, TEMOS is a spin off Company from the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and will remain in close collaboration with DLR. Thus, the TEMOS Conference is jointly organized between TEMOS and the DLR and I will continue to serve as Conference President, although I am not a TEMOS staff member.

Thus, our team from TEMOS and the DLR is looking forward to welcoming you in Cologne for the second – and thus already traditional – TEMOS Conference.
